So, unlike all other claims that people usually make that babies and a child is Pyaar Ki Nishani of a child, Maira is anything but Pyaar Ki Nishani... She wasn't bought into the world out of love for each other but out of obsession to complete a family that shouldn't have existed in first place!

I didn't even talk about upbringing...

Genetically she gets her craziness from her parents but anyways, it's mix of "Parenting" and "Crappy Writing", you cannot show child being so ziddi for engagement and all nor can Armaan just comply...

But you see abhir was ziddi to get abhimanyu and akshara engaged, ruhi was ziddi to get abhimanyu and arohi engaged ..In ghum savi's kid is shown as same i think ..so makers are using kids as a way to force their crappy logic inside viewers throats..

Aaj kal bachcho ka birth hota hai to separate the couple. Fir bachche bade hote hai to force the couple for engagement.

So what is "pyaar ki nishaani" according to you? That the child be brought into this world the "traditional"way? Where the parents have to "consummate" & the woman has to get pregnant with the child for it to qualify as a "pyaar ki nishaani"? So couples who adopt children, have children through surrogates or even IVF - their kids don't qualify, despite them being ones who have been brought into this world with that much more effort, love and longing than the "traditional " way that may happen even with absolutely no "pyaar" between the parents?

Pyaar ki nishani Jahan kabhi pyaar tha hi nahi, wahan nishani kahan se aayegi. If anything, Maira is the result of Abhira's abuse and trauma. The girl who wanted to establish her career, wanted to work at SC, was reduced to nothing but a baby machine. She was broken to the point by moron Armaan and his psycho maasa to the point that she considered herself to be worth nothing more than a broodmare. And after everything, the most perfect man in the entire universe could not even give the kid proper upbringing. Turned the child into a mini version of himself.

I think Rishta universe does not think about Adoption at all

Even during the gen3 thing... No one thought of adoption.. forget that.. the family is full of doctors and still those idiots didn't think about IVF or surrogacy etc...

Besides leaving everything aside there should be something about this child to be called Pyar ki Nishani...

Though Abhir was conceived normal way, and Abheemanyu considered him ManRa ke Pyaar Ki Nishani.. I never did...

So @Apsvenky, No! Maira toh khair wasn't conceived as result of sex-sux, but besides that makers didn't make her any result of blooming love between AbhiMaan... Unlike any other generation, this time Child was a reason for separation of her parents (according to the plot) and MIND IT - - I am not blaming child, it was her father and his insecurities and his stupid decisions, which he continues to take for CHILD! Again,

Again child is spoilt bratt and should stay away from Abhira... And plus to be a pyar ki nishani, makers never showed happy family moments between among Abhira, Maira and Armaan even as baby... Heck AbhiMaan had more scenes with Daksh than Maira...

I genuinely want Child to have happy family with Armaan and Geetanjali... Abhira should move on and have her own separate family now and that's the only way Abhira can be likable...
