I personally feel they were besties in college of course pradyuman was always a bit grumpy gruff person he will never accept and salunkhe back then and still is jolly open hearted always called him his closest friend. They entered police at the same time got transferred to other places then cid

How about a Prequel to CID, based on the characters of Pradhyuman and Chitrole. Both of them studied together in same college. How both of them ended up as Police Officers. Pradhyuman was studious and Chitrole was mischievous.

The story happens in late 1960s or early 1970s.
