the only difference is vedika here had nothing to loose other than her 1 month ka pathiji. Where as in gen 4 vedika is raising the child. So iss baar like how they made abhimanyu suffer they will make abhira suffer. Yes Abhinav made a place for himself in the hearts of the viewers and totally split the audience to the extent that the trp took a big nosedive when they tried to reunite manyu and Ak after Abhinav's death. That's no small feat to make such an impact after the lead couple had been established prior but the way they wrote Abhinav's character, his bond with Abhir and of course JS's acting made that happen. Another plus was Abhinav never tried to poison Abhir's mind against his bio dad and always kept Abhir's well-being at the forefront.
Toh dekhte hai if geetanjali can match up to that😂

Dekho behen, abhira won't get separated from armaan. Agar uda diya tab bhi bhoot banke armaan ke saath hi rahegi.
