DD is a known face. He has done some top shows. They seem to be desperate for this leap to work. And he's a decent actor. He has good comic timing and all. I'm not aware of his offscreen personality. But apparently there are some issues , because everyone is talking about it. Already this show is a mess onscreen. Don't want the same offscreen too.

Karan Kundra's role was supposed to end anyways because whole purpose of Sirat angle was to produce a half-sister for Akshara. That's not the case here. There's no need to keep AbhiMaan together if trp audience accepts another guy opposite Abhira.

Armaan married to that woman, Armaan’s school crush or whatever (post leap) because Pookie wants (he anyway is obsessed with her). From the new clip it looks like pookie is attached to the new woman so she might consider her mother over Abhira.

Showing Abhira and Pookie’s bond like Abhimanyu and Abhir but also showing Pookie attached to the new woman will create more conflict

in a way Armaan could be the Mr. shah lite of Abhira’s life.. (esp the way Armaan is acting).. and I know Armaan isn’t like Vanraj so don’t come at me.. I am talking abt just how much he’s making Abhira suffer and how she’s miserable because of him
