I had also tried to watch LSC (Forrest Gump remake) but then couldn't stand Aamir's facial expressions (the eyes) and had to stop (like I had to stop to watch PK because of that).

Boycotting his movie because Aamir is Muslim is catering to the deviding done in the country itself.

PK is much better than the rubbish movies we get in current times it exposed fake gurus who fool people in the name of religion and blame others

people still get fooled by dhongi babas. a movie can't change anything. it was just a movie and I hated it.

agree with the rest. Aamir has forgotten acting.

bold: misunderstanding...not Aamir is catering to the divide (the boycotting and demeaning of the Khan-superstar-movies do it). However, when there had been the debate about 'rising intolerance' in 2015 and SRK had been made - by Barkha Dutt in her SRK birthday interview - to say something about that, Aamir thought, he also should say something but phrased it like Kiran had asked him if India would still be a safe place to live because of the 'rising intolerance'. What both said at that time, unfortunately was (and still is) the truth as the 'rising intolerance' focusses on the Hindu vs Muslim divide. There is absolutely no need, e.g., to attack Aamir or SRK (or Salman or Saif) - they are very much Indian and would like India to prosper.

I didn't question the quality of the movie...it was just a personal perception of Aamir's acting smiley1. I cannot have a personal impression about the quality of a movie I haven't watched (at least not the whole movie).
