Nuclear threat is always there in India Pakistan war, but I don't think that was the cause of India agreeing for ceasefire.. India would have calculated this angle very much the first day it decided to attack. It had to come.

But if Pakistan attacked once India could have attacked with multifold. It has to be China angle of China threatening to bring nuclear if India does any harm to Pakistan.

That could have been the simplest reason. Could be something more sinister in background that we don't know about but that's definitely not Pakistan preparing it's nuclear facility

It goes to show that pakistani govt and army are two separate entities and it's their army who's running the country ..I suppose in the coming week all their leaders will run for their lives and coup is certain ..

Thereafter their and our main aim would be to get rid of their dictator army chief ..

Wrt to India we should always be prepared against their nefarious plans ..they don't care if their people die or bombed but our pm does care about his people ..

I hope our govt also wakes up to the reality & goes on offensive before they do anything stupid and have their moment of glory ..their defence system must be destroyed and they must be kept on tenterhooks . We must shed this "we are only retaliating to their offense and we don't want this war " . They made it clear yesterday all they want is war , at the cost of their country and their people . So we must first defend ourselves n go all out . Hoping for this to happen in the coming days 🙏

We need to wait till 12th May's joint statement. Until there is some condition favourable to India declared in it, Shehbaz isn't wrong in claiming victory..

It's because although we destroyed everything there and responded to their actions with utmost zeal. That was never out objective

Our objective was to stop terrorist harbouring from Pakistan, to avenge Pahalgam and to make Pakistan unable to fight against us

Now we all know Pakistan won't stop harbouring terrorists, just shift it into more dense areas

We couldn't catch the culprits of Pahalgam (assuming) they might not return it since their return into Pakistan

While we destroyed their bases so much they still attacked us after ceasefire announcement showing that they still have the capacity to hold/attack us (even if not to sustain that attack)

If you go into a battle and don't achieve your goals even after destroying enemy it's a loss for you.

I am hoping something good comes up on 12th May.

Your problem Exactly is what one of my friends has. WHY DID CONGRESS NOT DO ALL THIS ON THIER TIME? The problem exactly is BJP doing all this. My friend is sad for same reasons. Trying to show he is happy but weaseling out on random issues like media created this and that.

See India won on ground but might (I am still using the word might) lose on paper. And remember after 20 years it will only be the paper that people will remember.

We always say Pakistan starts the war and India ends it with defeating Pakistan and we always have papers supporting it. This time it might be just the opposite. Pakistan will claim we started and they have ended it with a victory citing global media.

India needs to also win the narrative war. Good ceasefire happened. Now the next battle government and diplomats have to play to win the narrative war

I really trust my government &army and know any misadventure by Pakistan will be strongly taken care by, infact everyone knows that's why even the shelling was not creating as much fear as it normally does.

Pakistan I do think marshall law is coming and a coup but I don't care much. Waise bhi there military establishment rules
