Kya matlab hai k As an Adult Akshara ko check krna chahiye tha breaks after she got Ruhi out of the car. Ya break lgaane toh aane chahiye the ek Driver ki wife hoke jo pahado pe hi rehte the jahan slopes hi hote hain gaadi kaise rokte hai nahi aata tha par 6 saal ki Ruhi ko aana chahiye tha yeh sab.

You are right it was an accident unfortunately again caused by Akshara where she conveniently put the blame on Ruhi and then acted like she taking Ruhi's blame on herself coz Mahan Syndrome

It does look like Aarohi's death secret. Ruhi was reading some diary, most probably Akshara's. I guess Abhira will read about Aarohi's accident in the diary, but she and Armaan chooses to hide it. But Ruhi finds out and goes into shock. It was an accident indeed. But Ruhi needs to feel some guilt after the way she treated Abhira who had not even been born at that time.

Ah true! Roohi did treat Abhira badly initially when she found out who her mother was and I agree, but Roohi has changed completely and also she is not responsible for that accident. She was just a kid. Neither Akshara nor Roohi's fault.

Or may be could be some other raaz, but i just feel it's regarding Arohi's death
