Ethical responsibility means following the morally correct path, maintaing honesty, fairness, and justice. After laying all the groundwork and going back from word/ contracts by a surrogacy mother means she is being dishonest and unfair and it is injustice to parents involved. She took this decision with free will with the intention of giving the child after the labour. In a way, the child's right to be with his/her bio parents will be violated and snatched. Taking responsibility also means you need to hold accountable for your actions. So you will need to be brave enough to accept whatever consequences of your action. People might have different views but this is what I think.

I agree with you

Ruhi has the responsibility to give the child to their parents because the baby deserves it, she can't be selfish to think about herself and her attachment also she has Daksh, without Rohit, now she has to make her life not involve another baby in the mix

I am glad we have established that even though you put efforts, you have the responsibility to do the "right" thing

Manny this reminded me of Abhi and how unfair he was treated by not having been told abt Abhir’s birth! Precisely on point - Child’s right to be and to know the bio parent. This is wat was wanted for Daksh, this is what we wanted for Abhir too..! The legal, ethical, moral right for Abhimanyu to be made aware of Abhir’s birth and this where jamwali and her pati failed badly!

yes irrespective of what pain ruhi goes the child will always be abhira legally ,ethically and morally. But lets see what dkp is planning to show this time after throwing illegal things in last gen where ak found a fatherji instead of doing the right thing.

Yes, she knows has to give the baby but she will be carrying the child, it is natural to feel attached to it - even if it is a surrogate. Women create a whole baby for 9 months, they nurture it. It is difficult not to get attached to it.

But she will still have to give it because it is not her baby.

but I think having your own baby already does lessen the attachment or feeling of loss after you give birth …so having Daksh with her will help her. But dkp obviously will create some drama. But in ghum was pakhi actually attached to vinu after delivery or was it just a plot to get Virat close to her when she pulled that suicide drama ..I can’t remember that part properly 🤔

You may have 10 babies but you will still attached to the baby in your womb because that is a part of you. Very natural instinct

yes but the situation is a bit different in surrogacy. The woman knows she’s just carrying the baby for another woman. She knows it’s not her baby. So I think the attachment will be less..than if it’s your own baby. Also here Ruhi always refers to pookie as your baby to abhimaan. So …so far it looks like there will be no problem with Ruhi giving Abhimaan the baby. I wonder if dkp will do anything to change those dynamics 🤔

Knowing is a fact. Feeling is an emotion. You can know that you have to give away that child. But it doesn’t stop having attachment for something growing inside you.

Jitna bhi attachment kyu na ho, she should not forget ki Abhira is the mom.

During pregnancy toh woh aspect touch nahi kiya because she was actively plotting but post delivery, she had a bit of post partum depression. Didi was even more triggered when eunuchs came and blessed Sairat as parents. She suddenly felt lonely again. As much as I despise her, she was genuinely hurt but then her past crimes caught with her.
