The show is Naqaab. Maybe they’re deliberately misleading us. The actors did mention that every character has different layers that will be revealed over time. At first, they portrayed Laila as the villain and her mother as sympathetic towards Bilal. But now, it’s clear who truly cares for him.

Maybe even Emaan isn’t as innocent as she seems. If she has hidden shades to her personality, the story could become far more intriguing. But after watching so many Pakistani dramas, I’ll keep my expectations low when it comes to trying something new

Yes, she used to love him. That’s why she had asked Bilal to refuse the Nikah, and he had agreed. Her plan was Bilal will reject marriage then eveyone will hate bilal. She will protect Bilal nd gain everyone sympathy and then her parrents would nikafy her with Taimoor. Confident that Bilal would do as she wished, she gave her consent to the marriage. But because Zara also liked Taimoor, Bilal agreed to the Nikah for Zara’s sake. That’s why Laila was angry with Bilal
