bold: Much more issues affected the movie...it won't change anything anymore to enumerate all, but just looking back at the time when the movie got shot and what went also on in Salman's life, it is - at least to me - understandable that Sikandar didn't become the movie so many had wanted. Going without expectations into a movie gives more room to engage with what one sees/hears, I think. (I didn't watch anything of the promotional material.)

Sikandar had a quite innovative idea, though. That's why I don't understand some criticism towards Salman.

Reason for Sikandar failure for now, will be the useless promoters!

During the making of this movie, the politician got shot, ML got threats, FL got leg fractured etc.

The bright side is that the Rashmika Madanna, "Lucky Charm", " Midas Touch" PR can now stop and so can her annoying inaudible accent. Thank You Bhai, you've taken one for the team. 🙏

Her character died in the movie, if they wouldn't kill her off, movie may have been a blockbuster

What Govinda path? He's nearly 60. Govinda's career was over by the time he was 40. You could say he's going the Dharmendra/Amitabh Bachchan (before his comeback) way.
