Here any educated mature sharp woman with some morals and self-respect would try to

First prove Manvi is NOT pregnant

OR

Medically confirm V living as RA is NOT father of Manvi's child

Without V getting clean chit on that unborn child's paternity, how she is shown so desperate and allowing him to spend a romantic night with her.. that too secretly.. when danger called Rajeev is still sneaking around that penthouse to kill her/Ahuja family with no proper security.

Who are actually TRP 'aunties'? BARC sample households are about 60k who usually supply data from their barometer linked TV sets in India spread across regions to BARC and are mostly 'families' who together sit n watch prime time TV, seems most of these watch daily TV out of habit or as bonding with family or just as time pass say chatting time or at dinner time. Many such sample households still use only one TV set mostly placed in common hall or dining area.

Now within those sample TRP households 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm shows may be watched by kids and teenagers too, where as 9pm to 11pm slots also attract working class and male audiences. so its not always some aunties or grannies who are watching or engaging fiction TV shows.

Some families just are traditionally habituated to pay for and watch particular TV channel for several years, so they don't much care what kind of content streams at different time slots on that particular channel or who is star cast in a given serial, its channel loyalty that takes precedence.

Also its channel broadcasters & advertisers that need to bother, look for ways to increase their outreach or make more revenues/sales to analyse TRP data of their shows. Most family TV viewers don't decide which show to watch or not, based on weekly TRPs list nor based on SM fanfares or critics.
