Problem is not about easy or hard

After an exhausting team task . No one would be happily smiling and get in to next team round.

Both. Read the points carefully. Mostly for the individual it's deductions if they don't participate or if they screw up. The idea here is to give the team a chance to work together but without any in-fighting.

True. But we hope this one will make up for the exhausting Round 2. As I said earlier, Round 2 was our hardest round. And Round 4 is an individual round so you'll end on a nice note...hopefully.

Every individual will get the same points as the team, meaning whatever points your team scores will be added to each team member's individual score. However, the penalties (if you don't follow the rules/ don't post the required number of posts) will apply only to the individual and not the whole team. Does that make sense?

I got that part, but I mean any points we gain from the Holi post goes to whole team and not just the individual right?

And if there is any Holi post directly before or after the water balloon we lose points?
