Shukracharya declares that only Diti has the power to free Lord Narayan, but since she refuses, Lord Narayan must remain trapped in the forest forever. Accepting his fate, Lord Narayan tells Lord Shiv that everything will now unfold according to his will and chants Har Har Mahadev. Meanwhile, Lord Shiv admits his helplessness, stating that only Diti can release Lord Narayan, but he has no knowledge of her whereabouts. Narad insists they must find a way to free Lord Narayan, and Goddess Parvati agrees, emphasizing the need to locate Diti.
Rahu informs Shukracharya that they have searched for Diti everywhere without success. Shukracharya suggests they continue looking, expressing his concern for her and speculating that Rishi Kashyap might know where she is.
Rishi Kashyap recalls Shukracharya mentioning Diti’s disappearance. Suddenly, he hears Diti’s voice and begins searching for her. However, he is restrained and dragged away. Shocked, he demands to know where she is and what she is doing. Witnessing this, Shukracharya and Goddess Parvati follow him. When Rishi Kashyap asks Diti why she brought him there in such a manner, she replies that he already knows the reason.
A flashback reveals that Diti had once approached Rishi Kashyap, but he had ordered her to leave and never return. When she pleaded with him to listen, he refused and cast her out of his ashram. Humiliated, she vowed never to forget the insult and declared that one day she would use her power to bring him to her.
In the present, Diti reminds him of her promise. When Rishi Kashyap asks what she wants, she states that her demand remains unchanged—she wants a son. He refuses, reminding her that all their children have perished. She appeals to everyone, asking if she is wrong for desiring a child from her husband. Rishi Kashyap warns her against following the wrong path. Turning to Goddess Parvati, Diti asks if she is truly wrong for wanting a child from her husband.
Goddess Parvati affirms that Diti is not wrong. Encouraged, Diti urges Rishi Kashyap to fulfill his duty as a husband and give her a son. She insists he cannot leave without granting her wish. Chanting Har Har Mahadev, Rishi Kashyap prepares to make a sacrifice. Lord Shiv acknowledges that his sacrifice will be remembered. When Rahu asks what Rishi Kashyap intends to do, Diti declares that he has no choice but to give her a son. However, Rishi Kashyap reveals that he had received a boon from Lord Shiv on Shivaratri, allowing him to shatter himself at will.
Diti protests, calling it unfair, but Rishi Kashyap chants Har Har Mahadev and disintegrates. Enraged and heartbroken, Diti accuses Lord Shiv of taking away her husband to bring an end to the Asur clan.
Precap: Diti refuses to release Lord Narayan. In response, Lord Shiv declares that neither she nor Shukracharya can leave until they set Lord Narayan free.
