I am Maharashtrian but I have personally not heard this word before. It is probably used more in eastern Maharashtra where the show is based. Ghotala in and as of itself means mess or trouble. So in that context, ghotalkhor most likely means someone causing a mess or messing up. She has also referred to him as a fumbler in one of the episodes so that also applies.
