The fact that Ammar continues to work for Bilal Abdullah’s hotel, staying in the company provided house, driving the car also provided by him is beyond me. Does this man have no self-respect?
I didn’t notice this but I doubt he would run after Dania. He hates her now. It’s Sadaf he wants backOriginally posted by: hakanturkey

Am I the only one who is in love with Sadaf-Bilal dinner conversation from yesterday's episode? I mean from character's POV its making sense to me.
Sadaf might come across as cheap and desperate but her character was supposed to be very flawed right from the beginning...According to her,she married a liar and cheater like Ammar, she regrets it and wants to get back to BA who genuinely loved her...the dialogues "mohabbat toh zyada mohabbat deke kharidi jaati hai" means she is BA's because BA has showered so much love on her that she wants to be with him..but is she deeply in love with Bilal as of now? Than NO,NOT YET..that whole thing might look desperate but her thoughts are not as wise and as poetic/mature like that of Bilal Abdullah...I just feel its her journey to reach that level of commitment where you dont need the other person to love that person.
I loved their conversation too. I also liked how they were quietly standing waiting for the car outside and how he opened the door for her. She was hurt, he’s still in pain and they just quietly waited. They were both so honest and straightforward with each other during their conversation. I totally understand where Sadaf is coming from. The divorce might have just happened between her and Ammar now but she’s emotionally been disconnected from Ammar for a while now (if she ever was connected in the first place). She’s been dealing with this for a few months now. That being said, I’m really glad Bilal has resisted starting a relationship with her. It isn’t good for Sadaf right now but also it isn’t right for Bilal either. He isn’t convinced of her feelings and rightfully so. He has worked hard to get to the point that he is at and I don’t think he can bare going through further heartbreak. He’s okay with just her love and has reasoned with himself that he’s okay without having her. I liked how he explained that to her even if it may have hurt her. He totally kept her respect though and uplifted her when she thought less of herself.Originally posted by: kuhelidebbarma

I can see why Wahaj chose this character. He’s kind and giving but yet isn’t a pushover and has his self respect.

For me this is one of Wahaj's best character after Basim...the only problem is less screentime
Yeah he has some thoughts which are too old fashioned but he has such a classy and dignified aura around him . Also if Bilal accepted Sadaf's proposal of having a relationship with her,it would have become like option A or option B for Sadaf which is also not right. Maybe Sadaf has started to develop feelings for him..but it has to be true and committed love from her side too..but I dont know where the show is going. I think Sadaf will go back to Ammar.

she was flawed but not cheap and desperate.
there is something missed in execution and performance. i don't think Sadaf is supposed to look cheap and desparate, but in emotional turmoil and not coping well with the separation trauma. She is feeling low self-worth, and wants to be validated. She knows she made a mistake by choosing Ammar and thinks that by scrambling to undo it as fast as she can, erasing that past will erase all her pain. She is in pain and thinks Bilal can do undo all of that with his aur ziyada muhabbat. She is also angry at Ammar and wants to hit back at him and hitting at Ammar's insecurities is the most effective way to hurt him like he hurt her. Sadaf doesn't love Ammar but she is still stuck in her trauma response. If she had moved past and put it behind, she wouldn't be taunting Ammar like that. Rebound is complex and also happens when marriages are broken for years. Rebound is not because you love the ex still but it's about not being able to process your trauma and thinking something else will fix your pain. Sadaf needs time to heal and recalibrate, focus on herself, before starting anything with anyone.
Unfortunately, this nuance and complexity is not coming out, and instead Sadaf ends up looking cheap and desperate. My aunt was very offended and said something crude ke aisi bhi kya garmi chadh gayi hai sadaf ko ke teen mahine shareefon ki tarah intizaar nahi karsakti. Because of iddat, people do not see this type of behaviour from women in society, so it needed to be handled with more sensitivity and nuance.

Sadaf keeps talking of love in very transactional terms. It's still about khareedna, bikna, boli lagana with Sadaf. She has self-doubt and low self-esteem after Ammar cheated her. She is seeking self-validation through BA who she thinks is a superior person to Ammar. She is measurng her self-worth by the quality of man she can "get". She thinks her self-worth now is 2 kodi because she chose a 2 kodi person like Ammar. But if she can get with BA, who is a gem of a person, her self-worth will increase. It will be real love for her once she stops thinking of love in transactional terms and equating who returns her love with her self-worth.
P.S. trying to start a new relationship for self-validation is classic rebound behaviour. it doesn't mean you love the ex or has feelings for him, but not properly dealing with your divorce trauma and looking for external fixes.

The entire conversation made me believe that Sadaf's entire fault lies in her idea on "true love" ..the way she said to Bilal "aap bhi jhoota mootha zeher pee lete"...for her love means staying together and loving each other.
@bold -do you think this will happen in the show? I mean BA seems to be distant but are you sure he'll be distant for a long time?
IDK why but I actually feel Sadaf is going back to Ammar ..unless there is some twist or Ammar lets Sadaf go.
