There are changes but some characters are same as that of cennet like Aishwarya's husband, mother in law and father in law . I think vikrant is also adopted child who lost his childhood memory just like cennet lead hero.

And there is another drama called Sisters and their daughters...some are saying mannat ka story is somewhat similar to these 2 drama's..
