Dear team,

When you assign a task and if you do a group tagging or individual tagging, please mention they need to do one each only. Members are misunderstanding that we are asking each one of them to post 4 pictures or 5 songs or 5 facts etc,. They may not read the original post. We have to clearly tell them what needs to be done. It is also our responsibility to check we got 4 different pictures or 5 different quotes etc,.

I will compile a list of which tasks are already completed, which tasks are partially completed, which tasks have already been assigned, how many members have completed 3 tasks already etc,. Let us concentrate on completing the partially done tasks before moving on to new tasks.
