Is khyati reason for Parag-Prem difference?

Is khyati not the real mom of Prem? If you all recall, in one of the episodes when Anu and family visit the Kothari home, the manager says that Kothari kids used to visit this house when "mam" was there...Does that mean that Prem's mom is no longer alive? Is that the reason for Prem hating his father? for marrying khyati? May be khyati was sis of her mom or something and Parag married under pressure of his mom to take care of his kids? Or am I imagining things?

Season 2 is a complete copy paste of Rishta Gen 2. Khyati is not the real mother of Prem. She is his step mother. Prem believe that his mother committed suicide due to the affair of Parag and Khyati.

yes in gen 2 kartik's real mom saumya sucided due to affair of manish and swarna and thats why kartik hated both but when naira came then she proved that love is never wrong no matter what and then kartik reunited with manish swarna and then swarna threwd naira out on shubham's death

Yes, it's ditto copy paste and Khyati will never become negative she remains the loving caring mother till the end. Prem is wrong in his perception of Parag and Khyati they aren't responsible for Gayatri's death although don't quite remember the exact story.

Prem accepts Khayati later on and loves her a lot.

So Manish and Suwarna really had an affair? I thought that was a misunderstanding on Kartik's side.
