Not even bhakts are allowed to overshadow the Goddess herself. We have seen this in the past how fragile RGs ego is, at one time how close SP and GK were to her.

Why are people being absolute asses to her because of Shahi and his Leads? What is she supposed to say, haye I don't add anything to the show, please shut it down and don't hire me again over the girl who was fired?
Producers actively make unions impossible to function in India. Unless there is strong emphasis by senior *superstars* actors to unionise and demand better work conditions, what exactly can a newbie from a regional industry do? Especially when women l face so much exploitation and discrimination in showbiz?
When Winget, Chopda, Jha, Sakshi Tanwar, and all these people keep quiet or work with absolute shitheads, what can Adrija do? I can only think of Radhika, Nakuul, Rati and Barun who spoke out against some of the worst systemic aspects of itv, and even they continue to work with these producers.
The audiences don't hold broadcasters, authorities and biggies accountable enough to be sanctimonious about a newbie.
And, I find the show and the characters uttetly irritable.
Exactly, each interview of hers contains a multitude praises for the insecure, narcissistic lead and megalomaniac producer. She has nailed the brief required for being a part of the cast on this shitshow. Because the one opposite her is anyway producer's pet. The earlier actress has mentioned that used to be very professional. But here chaploosi and andhbhakti is the norm. So kudos to Adrija for realising that and doing it for her best interests, regardless of whether she actually thinks that way or not.
I feel she's going to go very far on the show unless their talentless team of creatives messes up her character storyline beyond repair.

Who's y'all? If you had actually bothered to read my comment before quoting, then you'd have realised that it's made with the understanding that this is what she is constrained to do in her place as a younger actor, so nothing wrong with that.
But of course, why bother reading when it's better to be preachy, derisive and sanctimonious all the time.

Y'all means generalised noun. Not you perse. Did you write I quote "the other actor said that she was professional but only chaaploosi works here." Implying that Alisha was professional while Adrija does chaaploosi even if she doesn't actually feel that way. Lmao, it is professional to say positive things about a product in a media engagement to sell the product which pays her bills. Even if she is completely detached on sets, she would still wax poetic about the work environment and the show in planned media interactions, so would have Alisha, Gaurav, and xyz while gainfully employed.
It is so understahding of a newbie's position in an exploitative industry when the previous employee is positioned as "professional" and the new one is talked in terms of chaaploosi is the norm in the workplace. #soooooomuchunderstanding

Shame that I actually agreed with your perspective but can't indulge your 'holier-than-thou' attitude and superiority complex beyond this.
Don't need your grammar lesson but you can certainly stop being a classist prick and talking down to everyone
