'Jo show main karti hoon woh..': Anupamaa's Adrija Roy on show's TRPs IMPROVING after her entry

Adrija Roy, who recently replaced Alisha Parveen in Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa is over joyed as the show has seen a drastic improvement in the ratings this week around and has secured the second spot. The actress, who faced major backlash from the viewers of the show when she replaced Alisha to essay the character of Raahi, speaks about the same and expresses her happiness on the show's improving performance.

We asked the actress if she brings the 'luck factor' to the show as the ratings have been constantly improving ever since she entered Anupamaa. Speaking about the same, Adrija says, ''Thu Thu Thu! Nahi, I do not believe this is because of me. I think the story line is important. Kisi ek insaan ki kahani nahi hoti hai, sabko acha kar na hota hai. Jitna important mera acha kar na hai, utna hi important Rupali mam ka acha karna hai aur baaki logo ka bhi. Sab ka contribution important hai. Ever since I have entered the show, I have found the story line to be very interesting. I am very blessed that I got to be a part of the show. All I can say is, wait for the upcoming track, it is going to be very interesting.''

Further speaking about the show's performance, Adrija says, ''Mere luck factor ho ne se koi lena dena nahi hai. Bas main toh ye chahti hoon from the core of my heart that we become number one soon. Jo bhi show main karti hoon, I want ke wo number one hi ho. I think every actor wants that. But mujhse pehle ye show Rupali Mam and Rajan Sir ka hai.''

Recalling all the back lash she faced when she entered the show, Adrija says, ''When I joined the show, I faced a lot of negativity and I could not even do anything about it. Main kisi ko jawab toh nahi de sakti thi. Jo mujhe aur mere kaam ko pasand kare ya na kare that is upon them, but I think, the TRP is the answer to all of them now. It shows that the audience is liking me, is liking the show and I am very happy about the same.''

For the uninformed, Adrija Roy is paired opposite Shivam Khajuria in Anupamaa.
