This is bec normal.proc was not followed. If a criminal is convicted in lower court they can reappeal for the case & for bail in higher court ..case lingers on but bail can be granted ..but it may take like 2.-3 days..

But showing stuff like abhira requesting the politician is just too foolish ..it's on the higher court judge to grant bail after hearing the case ..nobody else can interfere with judicial orders, reverse it or grant bail or parole in reality... but since they have to show abhira sab kuch kar sakti hai and she got vidya out on bail and Arman will melt hearing this , they got it done through abhira.

Alright now that makes more sense cause I was so confused. That's it's isn't that easy to overturned a judges order liked dkp is showing. I get this itv but dkp needs to do better
