Vidya is convicted and sentenced by judge and case is adjourn. Please explain how can vidya get bail after case is done. In US when you're first arrested you're arraign and go in front of the judge. So depending upon the crime you can get bail or denied and remain in jail till trial

I've never heard where the trial is done and criminal is convicted and there's bail. You'll need to file for appeal which take time and you can be on bail but all this is before sentencing not after.

So is this itv legal or do India have their system set like that

This is bec normal.proc was not followed. After fir , Firstly vidya shd be arrested then bail hearings happen then case hearing happens then the conviction comes ..incase of conviction the criminal is arrested immediately , it's highly stupid they brought vidya to their house , it's against the law what they showed today . Funny was madhav telling mujhe kanoon mat samjhao🤣 arre moorakh kaunse wala kanoon tum follow karte ho?

If a criminal is convicted in lower court they can reappeal for the case & for bail in higher court ..case lingers on but bail can be granted ..but it may take like 2.-3 days..

But showing stuff like abhira requesting the politician is just too foolish ..it's on the higher court judge to grant bail after hearing the case ..nobody else can interfere with judicial orders, reverse it or grant bail or parole in reality... but since they have to show abhira sab kuch kar sakti hai and she got vidya out on bail and Arman will melt hearing this , they got it done through abhira.

I think abhira must prepare herself to get beizzatified publicly that too by armaan. Maa ki aisi koi kwahish nahi jo puri nahi hui hain ab tak. Armaan kuch na kuch zarur karega to get badla, & after that leap aayega shayad.

But hamari abhira ko bas maa & armaan ki khushi chahiye toh kitni bhi beizzati karein rote rote wapas unke peeche jayegi. Agar separation dekhna hain toh memory loss is the only option, nahi toh abhira armaan ke 1 boond aasu pe pigal jayegi & har galti maaf kar degi.
