Also one doubt: How can you join as the producer for a film once it has been completed and nominated? Is it to pitch in to promote the film? Genuinely curious about this. Is it similar to being a presentor for a film?

And yes, it's similar to presenter. She would probably throw screenings and supply some money to get the film more visibility with the voters. Priyanka would not get an Oscar nomination for the film. There are criteria for max number of producers and work requirements. But she can later pretend she produced an oscar nominated/winning film.
