Leena is following Guddi of late...so depending on that storyline, I think seeing Ani not moving on with her and still caring for J and J in front of her eyes again, Arshi will try to trap J in false charges of hurting her in pregnancy..this will be the breaking point for Ani..not for marrying J, but to free himself from Arshi..
...now in Guddi ML was not so dynamic and madly in love with FL ..the baby was conceived with consent there...so he accepted it knowingly...so nobody was desperately upset with ML not uniting with FL at that stage...moreover, ML was fully married to PL for long...so it was shown as a natural outcome..
...but in this case...Anirudh Bose is a completely different character from Guddi's ML, with more dynamism and passion and love for Jhanak...Fans root for his love...he was not married to Arshi when this violation happened...Leena has also kept the fake illness reason hidden from J to make J realise how far he can go for her (however stupid it may sound)...Most importantly, she is unnecessarily wwing Arshi and my belief is, only to make her fall even lower in the coming track!! If I may say, there is a chance that Arshi will miscarry in the process of trapping J and still shamelessly will try to frame her!
So yes...it will be Arshi ke karnaame that will free Ani from her! Then only Runak is possible...that too by active effort from Ani! (given trp is low and channel is pressuring to improve numbers or shut down)
