I think Eisha came out looking as a better person standing for right. She apologized as soon as she found the truth.

Eisha was not at fault for her reaction based on what she knew. She stood for the right what she thought, regardless Avinash was her friend.

I don’t know what she did on the show to get Evil Eisha tag but I think person like Eisha will always stand for truth & justice in real life also.
