Sometimes I hear people asking why he didn’t choose something like KMKT. Do people really think he is offered scripts like those and declines them? Fahad is a producer and a lot of the scripts he puts out there are mediocre such as MPHT and Mein. He made money off of those as a producer so I understand why he did it. It took a strong script for him to return back to acting in a drama. I’m sure even he doesn’t see those that often.

I’m pretty sure Wahaj is trying but he can only work with what is available to him. I just expect him to put in an honest effort in whatever he chooses and I see that here. Hopefully better opportunities come his way and we see some quality projects of his. Sometimes you just don’t know how something will turn out until it’s out there.

Exactly, big bang has churned only thrash scripts and earned trps and views by putting in popular actors in it. But when fahad got a solid script, he jumped in and made sure the direction, lighting and everything about the show is perfect. Bilal Abbas was supposed to do the show, but since fahad knew it's THE script, he took it up by siting delay reasons from Bilal's side. They took 9 months to shoot whereas mein was shot haphazardly on 3 months.

Smd on paper is a decent script, but with Haseeb's bakwaas direction and dragging the show lost it's steam. If it was kept crisp to the point, it would have definitely saved itself from so much criticism and backlash and the views also would have been better. But kaddu greedy wants billion views that's why he tried every trick to stretch it but it has completely backfired.

Wahaj has kept that mooch look since a couple of months now, I feel it's definitely for some show. I really want him to work with new ph and six sigma musaadiq combo is ready good.

I saw musaddiq's iv in sep which was from the set of MZHT.

also in ak buzz in oct or nov, musaadiq said that he was in lahore for faraar but is returning to karachi next day to shoot MZHT. But Wahaj hasn't been in Karachi in either Nov or Dec, so I am not sure if he is even part of MZHT.

But in the akbuzz iv, he said the ml hasn't signed the contract yet because some actors are like let's sign on set when we start shooting. So I assumed the shoot hasn't started yet.

Also if he can announce fls name toh ml ka bhi bata deta, why to keep it so secretive. If not wahaj then who's doing it? Sheheryer 🤔

Who is even putting up with the thrash track of smd. Many including me have stopped watching. I don't even want that bipolar woman to end up with Bilal.

I enjoyed ayeza wahaj Maria B ps, I would have enjoyed this too.

@bold exactly I feel the same..on the paper its not a bad story but the overall direction and execution was really bad from Haseeb's side and excessive stretching and unnecessary repetative scenes ruined it more. That's why I feel like story had potential but Haseeb didn't execute it properly.

You see epi 19 everything happened so fast and the scenes and dialogues were so good..I wish every episode was like that...

@bold I agree that she is bipolar that scene when Ammar says to Sadaf that I thought you meant Bilal Abdullah is charming..she than laughs and than suddenly cries..I actually felt like she is bipolar

big bang next drama is supposedly with bilal and hania and written by zafar miraj. even brkrj was a good script (which ahad was doing but he dropped out after few days of shooting). so big bang does have good scripts that go to likes of bilal and ahad, but let's stick wahaj in a script by the writer of masterpiece like jalan. wtf.

even feroze is doing diverse scripts. kaddu made him do a khumar hwoch was geo crap but he also did an akhara on green which was different, and humraaz is a different genre too, though it's geo. even saanwal yaar piya looks like a better project than smd and that was offered to feroze and aaa.

agar geo nahin toh wahaj koi green ke liye hi kar le.

how come no one is having issues but wahaj. koi express ki hi acchi miniseries karlo.

srsly, if guys at wahaj's level start complaining we don't have a choice, it's laughable. as a b-lister, wahaj did better scripts. a big part of show biz is making connections and networking. its part of the job. if you want good scripts, you gotta hustle. competition bohat sakht hai. you can't just sit and expect projects to land in your feet,

On the paper tere bin was a below average sub standard story but the direction and moments created between meerasim were so good that the show did well(I was not a fan of tere bin though) but SMD is not a bad story on paper IMO..but the way scenes are being executed and the episodes are dragged with too much of unnecessary scenes and annoying characters,is not done...!! A good director is not someone who does justice to good script..a good director is someone who can make a bad script look good.. and Haseeb always got good scripts throughout his career..when it came to SMD he just messed it up...so he should stop behaving like he created some kind of masterpiece.
