It's an Amazon Prime Video... I hope it gets attention as it is an interesting subject (and directed by Rahul Dholakia who made Parzania and directed Raees). Excel (Farhan) produced it.
Nobody here saw this movie yet??? Why?
Yesterday, I finally had the time to watch Agni and, imo, Rahul Dholakia delivered a solid crime movie showing the problems with which the professional Mumbai fire brigades have to deal. I would have liked that this aspect would get even more attention than the personal conflict in the leading fire man's head and family...and the 3rd conflict about the source of the fires got even more diluted, in my feeling.
Still, it is worth a watch, be it for the performances of actors/actresses less known in the mainstream Hindi Cinema, the technical aspects and the showcasing of the Mumbai City.
Saw it good one time watch
Agni is a good watch with a strong cast. However, it wasn't able to deliver well in the limited time frame. There were so many personal and professional story lines which could have provided strong direction to the story had this been a 10 episode series.
Pratik, Divyendu and the rest of the cast performed very well but ending felt rushed and there was more left to be shown.
