Wicked: Reviews, ratings, Box Office

I'm watching it next week. Excited! I'm not the biggest fan of musicals but this one looks promising.

Review: It was good. Fun. The singing was exceptional. Cynthia and Ariana ofc knock it out of the park but my favorite number (no surprises there) was Jonny Bailey's 'Dancing through life'. Not only was his singing top-notch but the dancing! OMG! And to think they were doing it live. So good! He's a star. It took you this long to take notice, Hollywood, but I'm glad you finally came to your senses. But pullleaaze don't let him in Marvel or DC! He's already doing Jurassic Park, give him some meaty roles. He's Oscar material.

On the movie: Like I said, it was fun. I wasn't bored even though it was almost 2.5 hours long. The costumes and the dancing were awesome. So were the sets in some cases. Also since I'm not familiar with the Broadway musical, I had nothing to compare it with - which may be another reason I enjoyed it. I won't watch it again and I'm not obsessed with it, but I did find it entertaining. So did hubby who hates musicals as a rule! So that's saying something.
