He does have a creepiness to him - like a stalker. Abe maaf kar diya tujhe ab jaa na. But nope... And Bhavani wants him to help Ammu. if he hadnt come there chances are she would've noticed ex's call.

If he marries X to hurt Amu, it's his loss. I don't think he would dig his own grave. If he turns into a jerk like that, it might serve as a good reality check for Amu. I don’t think they’ll ruin his character any further. We're still stuck at the mela, unable to forgive him, and I really hope they don’t write any nonsense plot for Virat.

Why would he marry X? He should marry Leela na? To rectify his mistake.

Good no, if Bhavani wants Shubh to help Ammu. I thought Vandy brought him to seperate VA. He is atleast being used a bit more than Abhiraj. That's the Cvs way of dragging stuff, having leads distracted and lacking intent by blaming sanskaars and stuff. (In response to your observing Ammu not noticing ex's call)
