It is good they do. Because otherwise a lot of good work on streaming will be sidelined or even neglected.
Streaming shows and films on streaming sites are still not so widespread and these awards give thema platform for celebration and even promotion cos many times we know of a good show or film on streaming due to the award they win.
Glad they have their own award show. Winning a filmfare would be a far dream for many of these artists who never got an opportunity to get into films due to nepotism or any other reason.
