I hope she sign movies, I do not think Abhishek was ever serious about his career in movies or sports. I always believed both were a mismatch.

He never said he's glad she gave up her career and sat at home to look after the kid. He maybe tried too hard to sound appreciative of her and it ended up sounding different when it came out. It's not as if he kept her from working in films ,give or take a couple of tantrums. Without her fame this family would have been the least talked about one in BW. She kept them relevant so why would they want to jeopardize that

No, he said it again a week back during the recent promotion of his movie. Not the same words as this guy is saying but something on those lines.
