He does seems to be in love as well but for him loving someone is owning them and having them in his life by hook or by crook. He is too self centred to have a selfless love. There is obsession and possessiveness as well.

Ummmm... If you remove his internal monologues (not sure if they are only to mislead viewers) then I'm not sure about the admiring part... Mehru was always in his face since first episode... And he hated it... Saman shah used to praise mehru, he was always like - just give me a free hand and I'll crush her

He wants her to bend, probably hail him while bending too I think it's just obsession right now..

I guess we'll know on the suhaag raat what he is playing at

I can't wait to see her in all those shararas, she will look so gorgeous. Shanno tho will be home all day.

For sure, there's a reason they both share the same birthday, it is show they have the same capabilities and drive, and what it can be if used in the right way. And that you don't have to be a horrible person to succeed in politics.

It also explains why shanno got attracted towards her. He is brought up by a strong woman so he will be attracted towards one. Saman might be a corrupt politician but she is a capable woman. It takes a strong personality to look after all those businesses, looking after two sons and have a successful political career and that too as a woman in a conservative and regressive society.

I am not liking the makeup. It looks like mehru woke up and wore those clothes and jewellery. Anmol should branch out from her no makeup makeup look for scenes like this and put some glitters or colours on her face.

The idea is to highlight her simplicity and innocence with the no makeup look and contrast it against the opulence of the dress and jewellery(given by the Shahs)...I wish fitting was a bit better

I liked her nikah look in ASA...it was simple yet gorgeous

He's not going to reveal anything on suhaag raat. Our man will fully avail the opportunity😂
I don't see him being out and out rude with her. All the scenes post marriage in OST, he seems super soft with her.

The blouse seems to be a fit but the lehenga don't look that grand. The orange dupatta is the only saving grace. The jewellery is also very gaudy. Better jewelry could have saved the look. She dressed better as a bride in asa. She could have put kajal on her waterline
