Exactly. PPD is rooted more towards yourself & your own child. You want to just give up and get rid of everyone & everything that is making you feel awful.

But here it's not depression, it's pettiness that makes her jealous of Abhira having a baby & she not - nothing else

No one wants or expects Ruhi to feed that child - but hating that child's very existence is not depression - it's plain hatred

Ruhi is salty that her kid did not make it but Abhira’s did. But little does she know it is her own kid.

Ruhi is definitely not suffering from Post partum depression. that is a medical diagnosis, not some random term to be thrown around casually. She is merely a jealous, petty, selfish person. She is not having some psychosis which makes her want to harm others around her. She wishes ill on Abhira because she is plain stupid, jealous and selfish.

Ruhi has many issues and not only this, this has intensified her already existing issues of abandonment.

What people glorify is Abhira going through a complicated pregnancy to make her mother in law happy, was she ready for the child for herself?

Both Ruhi and Abhira live in the house where people are affecting them in the wrong way, is there any stability?

One thrown out because she can't be a mother, another one was being thrown out today

Abhira has a stable career and a loving husband to hold onto, Ruhi has nothing

I don't see things black and white because even Abhira feared that Ruhi will take her child from her, insecurities are deep rooted in both sisters

Also Sahi hai ki usne do do mummy papa wala nonsense ko reject kar diya and iss baat ko samja ki udhar ka baccha , udhar ki khushiya yeh sab temporary hota hai life mai. Ek din sabko apne sach ke sath he jeena hota hai.

Rohit ko toh bahot accha bola ruhi ne ek ek line. Rohit ko pata hai ki uska baccha zinda hai toh woh kyun zinda bacche ki maut ka matam manayega lekin usko yeh tak nahi dikh raha hai ki uski biwi ke liye toh baccha marr gaya hai. Husband - wife dono ke liye reality alag alag hai Rohit ki wajah se fir bhi he has audacity to judge ruhi.
