Arey court case to prove Srishti ke crimes against BBG and Jhanak na .....isi ki toh prep kar rahe hain kabse baap-beti and that's why they pulled that lawyer in....lol this is the court case for BBG to prove how Srishti plotted with KB to try and gaayab karvao him and snatch all his name/fame.....and also to prove she cheated him and married some other guy

I have no idea how BBG is expecting to prove a Gandharva Vivah as valid in court ....Srishti's focus will likely be on saying there is no proof of her shaadi or baccha with BBG and Jhanak is lying to frame her

Aur rahi baat gandharv vivah...during our parents time or before, temple marriage or social marriage was considered valid...registry marriage is a comparatively latest requirement for validity of marriage...in that sense, yes..BBG and Srishti's marriage is valid...in fact more valid than Vinayak and Srishti's coz Srishti didn't legally separated from BBG before marrying Vinayak...if somehow BBG can prove his shaadi valid, Jhanak will be declared legitimate child...if Leena shows positive outcome from this case in terms of proving legitimacy, it will atleast remove one point of discontent between Runak in the long run...kyunki atleast in initial days, along with Anishit relationship, J also considered her foggy parentage to be a hindrance for Runak union..

...in earlier times there was no registry marriage...if couples used to get married in mandir ritually, then marriage was considered valid...

...Anishit marriage is invalid coz they didn't complete sindoor daan and saptapadi...without these two rituals, marriage cannot be validated, atleast in a ritualistic way and recently I think Supreme Court has also decreed it...upar se registration abhi zaroori hai to validate marriage now..
