I have this bad absolutely bad feeling that Abhira may be critical after delivery and Ruhi unhinged after losing her own baby resulting in Armaan bending to Vidya's manipulation and Rohit's request for the baby to be presented to Ruhi as hers for sometime. These are two ways I can see all going in case Ruhi's baby doesn't survive but Abhira's does.

Yeah this could be possibility as Ru is already unhinged so it's level gonna increase more. Postpartum depression takes a toll on women especially if child doesn't survive and in this case it can vet worse. Becoming obsessed with a child especially of Ab.

Ab could loose lot of blood and may go to coma and Ar overwhelmed so yeah this is something that may happen.
