IMO Viv is not arrogant. His tone is authoritative sometimes.

He has an attitude and the right attitude to put ppl in their place. He has some boundaries and don’t want ppl to cross them.

Ppl expect him to be a giver and there is no reciprocation. Kyun wo koi jollly attitude rakhay when they don’t respect him and keep bitching abt him.

On the contrary, it's Dsena ,who keeps bitching about chahat.

And respect is always give and take.

Mujhe koi aise bole ki order na suna ladki ya agar woh washroom se baahar na nikli toh main darwaaze par laat maar dunga,toh main toh pehle uske mooh pe thappad maroon.

He really looks very down on Chahat and it's a fact
