Lack of space in Mumbai.The site looks small.They have used the full site and built it right close to the road, without any privacy...The older homes have setbacks..lawns at the back..many have lawn and the sea.

Neetu is *obviously* moving in. It was her house that was knocked down to make that ugly building there. And as a Kapoor property, even Riddhima would rightfully own a piece of it, not just Ranbir.

^ yes as Rishi & Neetu property Riddhima also will have claim. Thats why was surprised with the news that property was transferred in the name of Raha.

May be internally it was agreed and done so.

Inherited property has to be divided among rightful heirs.Any property, Rishi had bought in his lifetime,he was free to leave it to charity if he wanted to.His wish.

RK studios was sold for a mere 180 crores and divided among 5 siblings. One or two of them could have paid off the rest,who needed money.. ,Rajeev,Randhir and still kept that valuable real estate and family name.

Morally yes and if there is no will.. it goes to legal heirs. If someone makes a will they can give to all equally or some or to only one child. Have seen this happening and not receiving child feeling frustrated and angry. Legal Will over rides everything.

Good for them, stay after from Neetu...
