They foreshadowed a lot about the upcoming track today.

a) Arshi clearly is not going to show any empathy for Ani and clearly thinks he's faking sickness to get out of going abroad with her....this will continue when he actually gets the heart attack also. She saw him clearly crying today and even when he directly told her he's not feeling well, she kept badgering him

b) Jhanak is shown wondering for the first time if Arshi didi actually even loves Sirji or is just haq jamaaoing on him.....so she will likely get a reality check when she sees how Arshi is not bothered about Ani after this heart attack

c) Tere Mere Milan Ki Yeh Raina kept playing throughout the whole epi today.....lol so yeah they are really beating us over the head with MILAN ki foreshadowing

d) Jhanak's panic over the thought of Ani going abroad seems like her single brain cell is waking up to the fact that she can't live without him

LOL this doesn't seem like a brutal rejection....gives more of a rootha hua vibe and Ani nakhre dikha raha hai bacchon waale

Baaki toh we can only get an idea after he wakes up in the hospital....this is all before he gets to the hospital.

I really hope this time makers show some progress in Runak...fed up with same outcomes after every track..only role reversals with one time J misunderstanding and the other time Ani misunderstanding 🤧
