But her character was supposed to be ott so that was ok for me

But what's with these serious dramas

In initial episodes of GM ,people used the word gentleman every other seconds

If here KRQ does that ,wahaj will be talking to his dil.every now and then

Sun mere dil chal chai Peete h

Maya will be sun mere dil aaj Bilal ko ignore karte h

Heera will be sun mere dil aaj seduce karte h

KRQ and his ways 😂

Khirad & Asher’s daughter Hareem used to talk like that. When I saw a grown up man Munna referring himself as a third person I remembered her only smiley37

“Abba ne kaha nikah kar lo, Munna chup raha”. “Abba ne kaha Sunday ko nikah rakh lete hain, Munna phir chup raha” smiley37. Khaleel sahab was writing comedy.

I am ready for a comedy dose in all seriousness in SMD. I was watching SH’s review earlier where Aamna pleaded Hassan to not use GM word. She had already an overdose from the show smiley37

My goodness, with each single episode, her character degrades even more. Initially, she said she was born solely to be Munna's wife, but now she claims she would be a future mother. This implies that she wants to have a kid with a murderer. Very sad.

Do women lack their own sense of individuality? Don't they need to focus on their own careers and well being? Being someone's wife and mother should be the only motto of their lives?

I find it shocking that yumna agreed portray such a lackluster and poor character. No wonder audience including her fans aren't connecting with the show and her character. Yumna herself seems to have disowned the show completely because of his disastrous run and criticism from all over.

Why don't these top class actors/actresses refuse such non sensical mysogynist dialogues

Why are such crazy writers bigger than the stars

I agree with Aamna ,he is not that good as people think him to be

1-2 shows were good , rest are just eww

KRQ’s typical way of saying that women are to be respected only because they are future mothers. What about childless women? I seriously don’t understand his thought process but the men of this subcontinent do. They actually buy his writings.

I don’t know why Yumna went with this role. May be because of the team though.

They like Yumna. I have seen Aamna criticising her a few times but both of them really like her.

Like I said before she might have thought it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with humayun the superstar of pak so she said yes to the project, also considering that fact that he and krq gave the biggest blockbuster with mpth.

But all her hopes might have shattered seeing the show get such poor response from audience and critics alike.

The character was good initially. I heard that they had gotten script for 15 episodes only & after that KRQ would send episodes one by one. I hope it really is the issue otherwise how would she flex her script sense in every other interview.

I would take a good performance over good numbers. I might have trolled the show initially for not living up to the hype but I was trolling HS more. They are getting good views lately but at what expense? By reducing their FL into a muse to a gangster earlier & now this future child bearing woman.

tying a woman’s entire worth to being a mother . I guess women who aren’t going to give birth to the future generation of the nation don’t deserve respect. But anyways this isn’t surprising since it’s written by a misogynist like krq .

it’s the same with that slogan “ she’s someone’s mother , wife , or daughter” women just can’t be respected as individuals without being attached to some role .

This dialogue doesn’t even have anything to do with the scene. They are talking about a murder case and zarnab is yelling about her womb. Seems like krq wanted to write a badass stand off between zarnab and the police officer but he has no idea how to write a strong woman.

Men do like to associate women with them as if we hold no value except them. It’s so problematic.

I thought she was going to warn him by bringing this on press but she went on a completely different tangent with this.
