The company blocked his number on the orders of goverment and police. Airtel is complying with the orders from the authorities. So I'm sure authorities would be the main ones to blame if he decides to approach court.

I thank my stars everyday that my mom wasnt born Few kilometers apart. :) Two more station from Pirpainti and it would have been bengal.
