Nothing Ruhi wants ever happens because when you want to hurt and destroy other peoples lives..even fate and destiny won’t side with you. Anyway this whole name change thing is probably brought in to lead to identify revelation. Abhiras Name is Abhira Akshara Sharma..akshara was her mom and great grandmothers name..so maybe abhira will ask to use that name when dadisa brings up the name change thing…then on wedding day when the name change is revealed in front of everyone…Manish and Ruhi will find out about abhira being aksharas daughter..as for abhiras name..it’s derived from her mother, father and brothers names..according to the story..
