I'm on the fence about Arya pushing Janvi, didn't want to see this kind of behavior from him. Yes, he's angry and can't control his temper but I didn't like it. Even on the wedding night he pushed her on the bed in anger. Their fight scene had sparks flying though. Man these two have great chemistry even in such types of scenes. Universe, do your thing and recast them please. I loved how Arya keeps showing how well he knows her, inside out and doesn't believe her words or actions. He's suspicious about Brij and I hope we get to see him do some fact finding instead of just being angry all the time. At least let him go talk to Murli.

Ugh, instead of some soft moments we get all this other crap.

Since they've reduced Arya's scenes too, I don't know what to say.

I didn't feel it was out of place for him to ask Janvi if his dad was the reason behind her leaving him. But yes, I want him to give her the space and stop asking her. Let him hurt. And let Janvi go to him by herself. They've never shown Janvi going to him.

The way these episodes are going, I think only last episode this Anushka will go and we'll get to see family reunion of Arya Kian and Janvi for a few minutes..šŸ˜ I don't think they'll show anything romantic between Arya and Janvi anymore.

Don't miss Karan Vohra in Zindagi ki Mehek. He's so good whenever he plays the alpha, arrogant, snobbish rich dude who oppresses the heroine. It's very similar to Madhubala but set in the world of food industry. He's a rich restaurateur and the judge of a reality show where the FL, (a dabha cook) is participating. Due to a misunderstanding he thinks that she was willing to sleep with him to win the contest. From then on it's war.

His Arya is so different. Rich but well behaved and a softie and very sensitive to Janvi and Kian's emotional needs.

ZKM is next on my list to watch. I like the stuff Saurabh Tiwari puts out, it's not like typical shows. I finished watching Krishna Chali London recently. I liked the way he played Dr. Veer, brooding but gentle. Even there you could see how much he'd improved from Zindagi ki Mehek or even now from Imlie (which I'm finding a bit harder to watch because of the plot being weird).

I loved him most as Arya of course, he's well balanced. The episode where he meets Janvi makes it seem like he'd be the typical spoilt brat but you soon find out he's anything but. Definitely his most layered character. Shame the show didn't run long or I'm 100% sure we would have seen him act out some complex scenes. Also, his dialogue delivery has gone up several notches in MHST. It's true what they say about having the right director and team around you. I am also glad they never showed him as the rich dude with an assistant he falls in love with, the roles were reversed here and he never really showed off his wealth or the Bundela name. That was largely due to Brij but still, props to the writers for avoiding cliches there. My favorite parts of the show are still between Janvi and him as Murli the trainee. The comedy and action was just so spot on. I think Karan would do well in rom coms too.

I don't think Arya's character knows anything about giving space, especially to Janvi, LOL. Remember when she was angry after finding out he was Arya, he kept chasing her and didn't even let her be upset in peace. And then he told her he loved her, he wanted to keep purusing her etc. It was only after the Kian incident that she let go, otherwise she might have been angry with him longer. I personally think that phase should have been fleshed out a bit more but they were in a hurry for the wedding. Janvi still hasn't told him directly that she loves him. She never did, he just kept reading it in her eyes and even now he's reading through her anger.

He's very scared of losing everything after finally finding happiness first time in all these years so you can see his desperation, the way he keeps pleading with Janvi and telling her that he's a one-woman man and that he can never any other woman even if she leaves him. I wonder if he'll find out about Brij's ultimatum - curious as to how that affects his dynamics, well we don't have many episodes left but I'm hoping he chooses to walk out of the Bundela mansion with Janvi and Kian and tell Brij he's starting a new life with his little family instead of pining for the affection of such a heartless and selfish father. .

Same here, only last episode will we get some Arya and Janvi scenes but in the mean time, throughout their exchanges, him looking after her, etc.. the leads are really getting to show their emotions. I wish she got a chance to talk to him about how he feels, woman to man not as parents of Kian.

I first noticed his voice in the initial episodes and honestly didn't expect that kind of voice to go with that face but it really grew on me. After Iqbal Khan this is the second actor whose deep voice I think sounds amazing and can be an asset. He knows how to modulate it well and as Arya we got to hear it being gentle with Ujwala, Janvi and Kian too, as well as forceful against Taiji, Brij, etc.

He really should use his voice better and maximize it. I want to see him play an out and out villain or a very authoritative/serious type of character next time.

They also need to cast in an out and out romantic hero/lover boy type of role (not a toxic ML) because he has the aura to pull it off.

In MHST if you compare his first week episodes where he was a bit wooden sometimes with the recent ones, the improvement is remarkable. This character helped him bring out much more nuanced expressions and body language, so even if the show ended soon it was great acting training for him that he can carry forward. It seems like the MHST director was a huge contributor to Karan's improved performance, no doubt.

Yes, we all wish his Murli phase had lasted longer. It was so much fun to see him trying to present himself as a poor trainee. Janvi never catches on though he makes plenty of blunders.

So Saurabh Tiwari is behind Madhubala too. No wonder his Zindagi ki Mehek seemed so similar. Though RK is better written and he gets more wins while Karan Vohra's character is often at the losing side while crossing swords with the sanctimonious female lead. Saurabh Tiwari has done some interesting shows. All his shows have interesting well rounded male protagonists whether alpha or beta. Not just the male equivalent to flowerpots.

Indeed, his MLs are well written but also his FLs are often shown doing the right thing without being OTT. Krishna's journey was really well done. It's too bad they ended the show sooner and had the leap but here journey to/with Veer was powerful and done with the right amount of sensitivity. I was pleasantly surprised watching that part of the show.

I think Karan (and some of the other male actors who've worked with Saurabh T) have alluded to the fact previously that there aren't always meaty roles for MLs on ITV so it's hard to choose projects. Looking at Karan's career choices, it's clear he tried to do something different in every show, despite the restrictions of the industry and it being largely female led. I liked that Arya had his own arc and backstory, which gave this character a strong presence in the show, rather just being an eternal simp for the FL or a loser who always misunderstands her. Even in the last days of this show they thankfully haven't dumbed him down or made him behave out of character.

I think Karan would rock in an out and out villain role or even as a complete action hero, he has the features for it. He said in an older interview that he learned that out of sight = out of mind in the industry so he wouldn't take very long breaks. I hope this means we'll see him back on our screens early next year. I can't wait to see what he does next and hope he gets something deserving, maybe on Sony.

They had such a beautiful set, Bundela mansion and hotel, they didn't maximize it either. I can only imagine how many beautiful scenes could have been shot here. I would have liked to see Janvi and Kian struggle to adjust and Arya help them settle in. Sigh...
