Rule books should be revised. You can't disqualify for mere mistakes. For us we will move on tom but these players there effort of 4 years gets wasted. For many of them this can be there last Olympic

Exactly 2 kg weight toh bohat hota hai...lekin wo toh har ek match ke baad ya pehle weigh karte honge na ?

Kal hi 3 match huye hain iske ...ye apne aap mein ajeeb baat hai

They tried everything possible. Vinesh was crying in pain as the body broke down. She was in the sauna early this morning in a last-ditch effort. But contingent officials told me not to sweat came out. This is cruel. She is not in hospital.

She is in the Olympic village polyclinic getting intravenous drips to restore the levels. Her parameters are ok. How she is coping I do not know.

Fact is

Her Original category: was 53 kg, which she changed a few months back to 50 kg.

Two weight checks before finals showed she gained 2.15 kg.

So that's why she was disqualified.

Bajrang Punia ne bola toh valid hi hoga. Disturbed with everything. Hope the Modi bashing stops for once and for all. People dont even understand that no other government has done as much as this one to enable Indian players to open a double digit tally in Olympics..it just dint happen this time, despite coming so close on more than 5 occasions... Humko jitna hurt feel ho raha hai..unhone toh taxpayer's money allocate kiya tha. and Indeed they got the best coaches and what not..If indeed their problem is with Vinesh specifically, why even sponsor her to go to Olympics? having said that..woh ghatiya Brij Bhushan roaming around unscathed after everything he did is indeed extremely disappointing and senseless and straight up washing machine wala stuff.

100 gms is so cruel criteria to disqualify someone that you dont even give her a silver medal..and not that she fought the bout being overweight and then got disqualified? and then the humiliation of putting her last.
