I imagined an alter ego conversation also, but more like taunting her for running away while the people who supposedly destroyed her life are happy. So more like what the star station guy told. Why should others be happy when she is not. That would make her come back with a definitive agenda.

For all her her supposedly consistent characterization, Ruhi appears to be the character that makers have no idea what to do with the most( everything is stuck is another matter) . As to whether continue the triangle with her or make her move on. It is like 2 baby steps forward and then 3 leaps backward with her characterization after the mandap sequence. They knew Rohit is being brought back then, but still refused to show her have her realization and make genuine efforts to move on. That was the correct time.

I don't know if it is because audience felt she was not called out at all. So we had Rohit calling her out on her actions and almost name calling her as well inspite of his supposed love (?) for her. Maybe we will have a sequence where she is exposed before the others as well before she gets ww completely. But if they are sticking with ghum, then not expecting positive for any character, I will be out.
