Makers are desperately trying to bring some fresh breathe of air into the show but sadly its not seeping into the viewers mind coz of the destruction they did of AdYa bond

Well said, the makers desperately trying to recreate 1.O here. Every scene/sequence was copy pasted, including Mayank's role/his dialogs, exactly same as last time.

The impact/magic created by 1.O is still in the viewers' hearts (because they failed to bring in anything good after that in 2.O/3.O) and it cannot be replaced no matter how much they try now. This 4.O may backfire again very badly like 2.O.

Exactly, because its not fresh at all, its a repeat of what viewers already seen and liked. The way they ruined the bond and most importantly the show and its main plot, it cannot be repaired by simply changing the core personality of the characters.

It will not work out because, most importantly the changes in Kavya may not go well with the viewers. If it continues like this for a few more episodes, viewers will start criticizing Kavya's character as well, she will come across as a weak personality in the end, with no different than any other woman. They should not have changed Kavya at all.

The changes in Adi may be accepted, as long as they don't show him corrupted/taking any wrong path to achieve his goals and until he remains unbothered/away from Kavya (dealing with his pain silently). If his hatred takes over and he starts getting on her way, then it will fail again.

The viewers may like Vicky for some time, but for the only reason that Adi's character was ruined completely. If Adi's character remains focused and not create any problem for Kavya, then Vicky's character will lose it importance completely. The fun/light moments may not last long either, may be another 4/5 episodes not more than that. Not sure, if the actor's popularity can bring in positive changes in show's popularity though.

It looks like, the makers will be forced to bring love triangle to bring back Adi and Kavya together. OR they may turn Vicky's character negative.
