This will happen...That is definitely is the final outcome....but I believe it will happen gradually...First toh bcz of that 6-7 yrs of relationship Arshi has a bit of familiarity with him...and Arshi will take advantage of that familiarity.. Initially it won't be easy for him to accept this side...He might think that Arshi is just terribly hurt...So he would try to overcompensate....

But gradually when he realises her truth...her hatred..her game ..then image of Arshi will completely break...there were cracks in it ever since Jhanak had come..and then his guilt would decrease....and he would be free and accept it as repentance.....
