Yes, as according to Sacnilk Kalki had yesterday (Saturday) reached 990 cr worldwide gross, it may have reached the 1000cr today (Sunday) - although that would be 8 days after the producers stated this sum on 13th of July (even pinning it on their Twitter account then).
