No..eman's family weren't aware..if I remember Eman had hidden it because her father was also admitted in the hospital at the same time..I remember there was a phone call scene particularly...

I usually skip but I watched that scene.

Emaan didn't even visit her father when Salar was in hospital, let alone tell them about nautankibazz sasural. She didn't have time to do anything, bechari was deeply in love
