Compensation is also a form of insaaf or punishment for that matter because the person is not dead, and this was an unfortunate accident. How is she a good lawyer, if she not considering her client's best interest, which is out of court settlement? There is no way that a judge would impose imprisonment for a minor accident, they would either be fined or made to pay compensation to the injured person.

I think this is because she feels jealous seeing Arman with Ruhi together and so she is reacting emotionally rather than practically.

I hate when they do that because it just makes her character unlikable. First, she goes against them then she saves them It doesn't even make sense.
