If Manish Goenka is willing to pay 10 lakh to the victim . But clients still fights the case going for hearing and later gets compensation of 50000 .. which when cut with court fees plus lawyer fees may amount to nothing.


so that client will ideally shout at Abhira for wasting their time .. so Abhira will learn a practical lesson . When it is wise to give up

and waise bhi pati patni like arguing in the house , road .. this is a good mix of 3 ka tadka .. and will stretch till next week . With Goenkas throwing barbs at Abhira


how do the lawyers suffer . They are happy to argue and flirt with each other in court .. dono miya biwi ki practice chalegi .. people will notice both of them

Yes, for Abhira and not for Arman in terms of the clients. This is because Abhira cannot be impartial and have her client's best interest because of her relationship with Ruhi, whereas for Arman this is not applicable as he doesn't know the other party. If he knew them or had some sort of relationship with them, then the same would apply to Arman. However, in terms of opposing counsel, yes there is a conflict of interest for Arman because Abhira is his wife. So one of them has to drop the case. It would make more sense for Abhira to drop the case than Arman.

@bold Hahaha yes maybe it's a lesson for Abhira to learn, however, I thought she would have learnt her lesson from the previous time.

She herself was involved in many cases got chooth that she is a good lawyer which we can cherish 🤣🤣

also, armaan ne aaj bhi kaha ki he is fighting so that woh be-ghar na ho jaayen....i mean this accident se pehle wala ghar kla case.....

it is defo not a do or die situation......bhai these poddars r lawyer family....fufa chacha kisi ko de do...warna apni law firm ke kisi aur lawyer ko de do... saare udaipur mein sirf armaan hi hai kya lawyer?

and agar itna financial difficulty ka stress kar rahe hain.....ki goenkas r in financial difficulty kyunki uski shaadi ke liye loan liya tha..to bhai poddars paise de do...dadi to always thinks ki paise se solve ho jaata hai...😂....armaan ki life ke badle dadi was giving money to abhira.......to yeh to extar bekaar ka kharcha hi tha.......😂

if arman thinks it is wise for HIM (and not his firm) to take ruhi ke cases at this point in life ....where the other day he clearly was refusing to take any new case (riots wale din)....to manayofy abhira.......to sahi hai....ek nahi 2 2 cases lo ruhi ke...😂

last case was bicycle Chori .. today she has hit n run against top lawyer .. why will any newbie give it up think impartially

both Arman and Abhira being lawyers will face situations where they are opposing parties ., its a given in their situation.. and the trps will decide how many cases it will be ..

Isn’t it a step down for Armaan to fight for a simple hit n run case ..where out of court settlement is the best way out .. and face a newbie on court .. how does Abhira suffer ??nothing if you look practically

In the end both husband and wife earn points in court and if it was not Ruhi some moolah too

Haven’t u seen lawyers flirting and fall in love with each other ..I have seen opposing lawyers play cahoots with each other and get extensions and stays so that their practice can run comfortably

Lawyers many a times convince clients for out of court settlement for regular accident cases because it is what is beneficial for all parties considered. Still if client wishes to go ahead, as lawyer they have to go with it. But here from bts what I felt was Ab herself believe that this is a matter where Ruhi needs to be sent to jail with the what if tomorrow another accident dialogue... Considering that this kind of self - righteousness is not right for a lawyer to have ( but which some lawyers start with in career) , I am thinking this is a setup for legacy track and the Arohi accident. I hope they dont show Ar losing this one to Ab in court..

If it is actually a conspiracy track, then it will mostly end with Ab saving the day which is a repeat of Kv case, not sure I want that
